A.J. Kiamie, a third generation Oxford, MS native, has twelve years of experience in the Oxford real estate industry. He manages commercial property appraised over $10 M covering 100,000 sq ft over 20 retail and restaurant businesses as well as service industry and office space.

Growing up in Oxford and playing football for Ole Miss has instilled a strong passion for Oxford and all the quaint charm it offers. An Oxford resident for over 18 years, Brian serves the Oxford community as a residential and commercial REALTOR® at Kiamie Real Estate. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Master of Business Administration in addition to a Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Millsaps College.

Brian Carpenter, helped us find our home in Oxford as me and my family were moving from Texas. He was extremely patient with us specially in such short notice. Once we choose a home, He managed to close in our house exactly as scheduled. To make matters more complex the seller, myself, my wife, my bank and the title company were all in a different locations throughout the whole process, yet all transactions were completed in a timely manner. We have just completed our second purchase with Kiamie Real Estate. They are also our agent for a home sale. A.J. grew up in Oxford and therefore has first-hand experience with the markets as they change over the years. Based on our situation he understood the type of home we were looking for, and also as important, what we did not want. Oxford is growing and for someone out-of-state like us, it can be very daunting trying to understand various locations and what each affords when you only have a few days to look. Having someone who has watched the city grow and understands the shifting dynamics of the population and businesses was extremely helpful. Oxford is a college town and we love all the various offerings because of this, and we knew what we wanted to have it in a new home. Brian did an incredible job of guiding my family in the purchase of our Condo in Oxford as our 2nd home. He took the time to find out what type of housing we were looking for and the location we wanted. His local expertise, knowledge and responsiveness along with all the extra hoops he jumped through for our benefit was impressive. Brian was also able to advise us the estimated value of all the Condos we viewed. Brian and I did this whole process over the phone and internet without us physically setting foot in any Condo. If you want the best I would recommend Brian. I am thinking of purchasing another Condo for an Investment and without a doubt will use Brian when that time comes.
